Kocaeli Chamber of Industry Organ Elections were held on 03 October 2022 at KSO Headquarters. In the elections, 192 Committee Members and 77 Assembly Members from 38 Professional Committees were elected. Our Board of Trustees Member Oğuzhan Ceylan will be among the 77 Council Members and will represent the 29th Professional Committee at Kocaeli Chamber of Industry. We wish success to our Board of Trustees Member Oğuzhan Ceylan in his new position.

We Lost Madam Alina Barbulescu, a recipient of the Marmara Group Foundation Medal of Honor and a regular at Eurasian Economic Summits. The Medal of Honor of Alina Barbulescu, who joined us from Romania for many years and served as a representative at Romania's European Union Office in Brussels for a while, was presented by the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye at the time, Binali Yıldırım. As the Marmara Group Foundation, we will always honor the cherished memory of Madam Alina Barbulescu, who we lost at a young age.

Johannes Regenbrecht, Consul General of Federal Germany in Istanbul, on the occasion of the reunification of Germany (Deutsche Wiedervereinigung), 3 October 1990 gave a reception. Foreign mission chiefs, civil servants and academics in Istanbul were also present at the reception. In addition to business people, religious mission leaders were represented at the Reception by, Patriarch Batholomeos, Chief Rabbi İzak Haleva , Deputy Patriarchal of Syriac Orthodox Yusuf Çetin, Monsignor of Syriac Catholic Orhan Çanlı. Dr. Akkan Suver also attended to the reception on behalf of the Marmara Group Foundation.

Rumelian Opinion Leaders Gathered in Bursa
