Dr. Akkan Suver who were in Montenegro, to Turkey within the scope of study visits, also visited Songül Ozan the Ambassador of Turkey to Podgoritsa. Dr. Akkan Suver made a presentation to the Ambassador Songül Ozan about the works of the Marmara Group Foundation in 2020. Mümtaz Tahincioğlu and the Undersecretary Hakan Özdemir were also present at the meeting.

Third Honorary Consuls Conference held in Podgorica. Honorary Consul General of Montenegro in Istanbul Dr. Akkan Suver also attended the meeting. The opening of the 5th Intercultural Dialogue Meeting held in Baku on 2-3 May 2019 with the opening speech of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev. Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov also participated as a speaker in the Forum organized by the Minister of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Abulfas Garayev. Dr. Akkan Suver made a presentation on "Migration and Refugee" at the the Forum which High representative for the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations Miguel Ángel Moratinos and Secretary and Secretary General of Organization of the Islamic Cooperation Yousef Bin Ahmad Al-Othaimeen also attended. In the session where Dr. Akkan Suver made a speech, Minister of the Interior of Montenegro Mevludin Nuhodvic, Chief of State Migration Service of the Republic of Azerbaijan Vusal Huseynov, Member of Italian Parliament Maurizio Lupi, Prof.Dr. Heaven Crawley, Linda Oucho and Alexandra Bilak were speaker. First Caspian Economic Forum has been introduced

The Forum will be held on August 12, 2019 in Turkmenistan's Avaz National Tourism Region and will be held on the same day as the "Caspian Sea" day. This Forum, proposed and implemented by the President of Turkmenistan, Kurbankulu Berdimuhammedov, will be held at three different levels.

Dr. Akkan Suver, who donated 68 cases to the 29 Mayıs University which it composed valuable books in his signed books, evaluated the donation as a small gift to future generations after us. These gifts, including Turkish, English, Montenegro, Bulgarian, French and Russian books, will be displayed on the shelves of the University Library in the near future.
