Dr. Akkan Suver made a press statement regarding The Operation Peace Spring which aims to eliminate the terrorist organizations that threaten the future of Turkey, and expressed his belief that our Heroic Soldiers will successfully complete the operation. Dr. Akkan Suver's statement is as follows: In order to bring peace and stability in our region, ensure security of Turkey's border, Turkish Armed Forces together with the Syrian National Army, launched the Peace Operation against the PKK, YPG and DAESH terrorist organizations in northern Syria. Aim of Turkey is to destroy the terrorist corridor that attempted to establish in our southern border, to bring peace and tranquility to the region. With this movement, again based on the territorial integrity and political unity of Syria, we see that the formation of a such diplomacy is one of Turkey's main goals.
