PABSEC the Marmara Group Foundation Attended The Forty-Ninth Plenary Session Of The General Assembly

The Forty-Ninth General Assembly of Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) started in Istanbul on 4-6 July 2017, with the speech of Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. Ramazan CAN, Head of the PABSEC Turkish Delegation, read the message on behalf of Recep Tayyip ERDOĞAN, President of the Republic of Turkey. The Marmara Group Foundation attended to the Istanbul Session, which was chaired by the Secretary General of PABSEC Prof. Dr. Asaf Hacıyev, in addition to the parliamentary delegations of Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine with a delegation consisting of Dr. Akkan Suver, Şamil Ayrım, Cafer Okray and Yunus Yiğit.

We are on the second anniversary of 9th President of Turkey Süleyman Demirel's death. President Süleyman Demirel was commemorated with memorial ceremonies organized by Isparta Süleyman Demirel University. Again in Isparta, a Mawlid was also read in the spirit of Süleyman Demirel. As the Marmara Group Foundation, we bow respectfully to Süleyman Demirel who was one of the those that has contributions to the foundation of the Marmara Group Foundation and we embrace him with mercy.

Bertrand Buchwalter, the Consul General of France to Istanbul, and Sülün Buchwalter brought together the diplomatic mission in Istanbul and prominent figures of Istanbul during a fast-breaking organized in the Palace of France. Consul General Buchwalter, who made a speech in the meal, said that the second religion in France is Islam and he talked about the respect of the French nation to Islam within the scope of secularism.

National Day of Russian Federation was Celebrated

Consul General of Russian Federation to Istanbul Andrey Podelyshev gave a reception in Conrad Hotel on the occasion of Russian National Day. Dr. Akkan Suver and Müjgan Suver were present on behalf of the Marmara Group Foundation in the reception where Deputy Governor of Istanbul Ismail Gültekin and Bahçeşehir District Governor Kazım Tekin represented our state. The reception attended by foreign mission representatives lasted till the late hours with Russian folklore and music.

On behalf of the Marmara Group Foundation, Dr. Akkan Suver, Müjgan Suver, Şamil Ayrım, Gülhan Ayrım, Dr. Fatih Saraçoğlu and Aslı Gezmis were present at the Annual Academy of Economics Congress organized by Life Learning Academy in Slovenia's capital city Ljubljana.As the Guest of Honor, Dr. Akkan Suver delivered a speech on "mentoring and guidance" in the opening ceremony. The other guest of honor of the meeting was the (F) President of Croatia Stjepan Mesic. In the Academic Economy Congress held in Ljubljana, thinkers from Serbia, the United States, Austria, England, Cyprus, Malta, Britain and Bosnia and Herzegovina were present.The young Elif Yanardağ was also given a Mentee Reference Award for her successful kitchen work. During their stay in Ljubljana, Slovenian former Prime Minister Alenka Bratusek also gave a dinner in honor of the Marmara Group Foundation delegation that was accepted by the Turkish Ambassador Esen Altuğ. MEF Educational Institutions National and International Research Projects Competition

On behalf of Honorary General Consulate of Montenegro, Mujgan Suver attended to the opening ceremony of “26th MEF Educational Institutions National and International Research Projects Competition" which was held on 23-25 May, 2017 by MEF University and MEF Educational Institutions. High School inventors from 13 countries went on to the finals in "Research Projects Competition" which both contains the branches of physics, chemistry, biology and attracts attention of countries like Germany, America, Austria, Netherlands, Bulgaria, Poland, Spain, Dubai, Romania, Israel, TRNC, Russia, Azerbaijan, Italy, Belgium, Thailand, Sweden, Lithuania, Canada, Africa, China and Poland as well as Turkey. Haris Murati and Dino Colovic from "30. Septembar High School" represented Montenegro in the finals of the competition, which was organized to conduct young brains to think in scientific methods and was also open for all high school students, under the supervision of their teacher Suzana Dacic with the project of "Pollution of the River Ibar".
