MY BILLIONAIRE won the horserace of the Eurasian Economic Summits

The horserace of the Eurasian Economic Summits held this year for the 8th time by the Jockey Club of Turkey (TJK) on behalf of the 19thEurasian Economic Summit was won by the Jockey Gökhan Kocakaya with Tuğrul Mutlu’s colt – named MY BILLIONAIRE of Victory Gallop-Vaselina/Giant's Causeway. The finish grade of race of the winner – MY BILLIONAIRE is 1.30.78; the differences on the race composed of 3 length- 3 length-dst. At the ceremony following the completion of the race, Tuğrul Mutlu, holder of the winning horse was represented his cup by H.E. Mladen Ivanic – the Member of Council of the Bosnia and Herzegovina and H.E. Mustafa Akıncı – the President of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. The ceremony was joined by H. Turgut Alakuş – Treasurer Member and Deputy Secretary General of TJK, Saadettin Atığ – Board Member of TJK, H.E. Meral Akıncı – the First Lady of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and H.E. On this year’s 19th Eurasian Economic Summit at the WOW Hotels, the opening of ‘the Eurasian Economic Summit’ was realised by a Fashion Show exhibiting the special collection of Tuba Ergin – the renowned fashion designer. Tuba Ergin –the famous stylist showcased her special collection with the choreography of Yasin Soy for the Fashion Show organised by the Istanbul Ready-Made Garment Exporters’ Association (IHKIB). The Fashion Show presented by the Foreign Models was followed through a huge crowd. Dr. Akkan Suver, the President of the Marmara Group Foundation, taking the stage for his thanking address, presented commemorative plaques to Tuba Ergin and Yasin Soy at the end of the night. Within the framework of the 19th Eurasian Economic Summit the delegation of the Marmara Group Foundation including Dr. Akkan Suver, Yüksel Çengel, Engin Köklüçınar and Ercüment Güvercin paid a visit to Hon. Imamoğlu at his Office and represented some information about the upcoming Summit. During the visit, the mayor was informed of the participation of 40 countries together with 4 incumbent presidents in the 19th Eurasian Economic Summit to be held on April 5-7, 2016 in İstanbul. By underlining his close interest in the activities of the Marmara Group Foundation, the Mayor İmamoğlu accepted the request delivered by the Foundation with regard to the sponsorship of the Beylikdüzü Municipality of the Summit.
