The art exhibition “Spirit of the Great Steppe” featuring works by Turkish and Turkic world painters has opened at the Zorlu Performing Arts Center in Istanbul.

The opening ceremony was attended by Rector of the National Defense University Prof. Dr. Erhan Afyoncu, Eldar Aitmatov (son of Cengiz Aitmatov), Prof. Dr. İlyas Topsakal, and representatives from across the Turkic world, who together cut the ribbon to inaugurate the exhibition.

The Exhibition of Turkic World Painters was organized by the Cengiz Aitmatov Institute, chaired by Samsun MP Prof. Dr. İlyas Topsakal. The event brought together academics, art enthusiasts, and distinguished guests.

Mahmut Saklı, Member of the Executive Council of the Marmara Group Foundation, was also present at the opening ceremony.
