Yüksel Çengel, one of the legendary members of the Marmara Group Foundation, former Istanbul Deputy Yüksel Çengel, was commemorated with a meeting organized by MIAD (Malatya Businessmen Association) at the Green Park Hotel in Merter, Istanbul.

His son Prof. Dr. Özgür Çengel opened the meeting on behalf of the family, which was attended by a distinguished group of guests, including former Ministers, Deputies, current and former Mayors and business people. The meeting, in which his eldest son Aziz Çengel was interested in the participants one-on-one was directed by Prof. Dr. Özgür Çengel together with Yüksel Çengel's friends Yunus Aktaş and Dr. Naci Ekşi.

CHP Provincial Chairman Özgür Çelik, Businessman Ahmet Çalık and Dr. Akkan Suver also took the floor and shared their memories with the guests.

President Dr. Akkan Suver, Duayen Ertuğrul Kumcuoğlu, Secretary General Sezgin Bilgiç and Executive Council Member Mahmut Saklı and Av. Turan Hançerli from Marmara Group Foundation were also present at the Memorial Meeting.
