Mr. Cafer Okray, Vice President of the Marmara Group Foundation, signed the condolence book opened at the Consulate General of Qatar in Istanbul in memory of the late former Emir of Qatar, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani.

After signing the book,Mr. Cafer Okray stated: "The late Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani was a distinguished statesman who made significant contributions to Qatar's development, the strengthening of regional stability, and the consolidation of the deep-rooted bonds of friendship and brotherhood between Türkiye and Qatar. I pray for God's mercy upon the deceased."
