Austrian Consul General in Istanbul Joseph Saiger and his wife Brigitte Saiger hosted a reception at the Austrian Palace on the occasion of the Austrian National Day.

The reception was attended by Austrian Ambassador to Ankara Gabriela Juen, as well as members of the diplomatic corps based in Istanbul, government officials, and religious leaders.

Civil society was represented by Dr. Akkan Suver, Honorary Consul of Montenegro in Balıkesir and President of the Marmara Group Foundation, together with Müjgan Suver, President of the EU and Human Rights Platform.
