On the occasion of the memorial ceremony for the late President Ion Iliescu, Dr. Akkan Suver, President of the Marmara Group Foundation, and Secretary General Sezgin Bilgiç, who were in Bucharest, were received at Elizabeth Palace by Romania’s Crown Custodian Princess Margareta and her husband Prince Radu.

During the meeting, Dr. Akkan Suver and Sezgin Bilgiç presented to the Royal Family an oil painting of Princess Margareta’s grandmother, created by academician Mutlu Erbay.

In the talks, Dr. Suver and Mr. Bilgiç invited the Princess and the Prince to attend the 29th Eurasian Economic Summit to be held next year.
