President of Montenegro Milatović in Istanbul
On the occasion of Montenegro’s Statehood Day, President of Montenegro Jakov Milatović attended the reception hosted in Istanbul by Montenegro’s Consul General Branislav Karadzic.
The reception was also graced by the presence of Hakan Fidan, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye, as well as Montenegro’s Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ervin Ibrahimović and Minister of Diaspora Mirsad Azemović.
The participation of Türkiye’s Foreign Minister in the Statehood Day Reception was highly valued by the State of Montenegro.
The event was attended by heads of foreign missions based in Istanbul, Governor of Istanbul Davut Gül, and Governor of Edirne Yunus Sezer, along with distinguished guests.
The Marmara Group Foundation was represented by a delegation consisting of Dr. Akkan Suver, Cafer Okray, and Sezgin Bilgiç. During the reception, the delegation was separately received by both President Milatović and Foreign Minister Fidan.
