Diplomatic Relations between Turkey and Montenegro are 145 Years Old.

The 145th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Turkey and Montenegro was celebrated with a ceremony held at the Sakıp Sabancı Museum.

Opening the ceremony, Ambassador of Montenegro Perisa Kastratovic praised the relations that started in the Ottoman period. The ceremony was attended by the chiefs of foreign missions in Istanbul and prominent figures of the business world.

Honorary Consul of Montenegro in Balıkesir Dr. Akkan Suver and Vice President of Marmara Group Foundation Cafer Okray were also present at the ceremony.
