Marmara Group Foundation's Delegation consisting of Dr. Akkan Suver, Cafer Okray, Oğuzhan Ceylan, Abuzer Sarı and Kazım Çelik paid a courtesy visit to Governor of Samarkand Oybek Khodjaev. At the visit, Oybek Khodjaev gave information about the construction of transmission lines. Defining the historical city of Samarkand in 3 parts, Khodjaev stated that construction permits were granted except for the regions symbolizing these 3 periods which are Afrasiyab period, the Timurid period and the former Soviet period. Dr. Akkan Suver invited Governor of Samarkand Oybek Khodjaev to the "Dialogue Between Cities" Session of the 25th Eurasian Economic Summit.
