Dr. Akkan Suver was awarded to "Vincit Amor Patriae" by the Prime Minister of Romania Vasilica Viorica Dăncilă. On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the collapse of communism in Europe, a special ceremony was held in Bucharest, the Prime Minister of Romania Vasilica Viorica Dăncilă awarded to Dr. Akkan Suver. The former President of Emil Constantinescu has presented the award to Akkan Suver.
