President of the Marmara Group Foundation Dr. Akkan Suver, Fashion Designer Çiğdem Akın and Vice President of Istanbul Ready-Made Garment Exporters' Association (IHKIB) Mustafa Gültepe came together for the press conference of the 20th Eurasian Economic Summit At the press conference, Mr. Mustafa Gültepe, Ms. Çiğdem Akın and Dr. Akkan Suver expressed their remarks on the Eurasian Economic Summit that will take place this year on April 4-6, 2017 in Istanbul.

Mr. Mustafa Gültepe indicated that the Fashion Show has been organized for 15 years during the Eurasian Economic Summits in collaboration with the Marmara Group Foundation, which is the most effective non-governmental organization today.

Ms. Çiğdem Akın expressed her remarks on her designs named “Something Stupid”. She indicated that “Something Stupid” is about expressing love, and the influence by Silk Road can be seen in those designs.

Dr. Akkan Suver indicated his remarks on the 20th Eurasian Economic Summit, its importance for the global world and the esteemed guests that include 4 current Presidents, 44 countries and about 300 participants that will honor the Summit this year. He also mentioned the Chatham House Rule that this year’s Summit will be based on.
