As part of the 21st Eurasian Economic Summit, the “Eurasian Economic Summits Cup Race” was held at Istanbul Veliefendi Hippodrome. The race of six three-year-old purebred British foals was won by Value Added (Katma Değer) with his Jockey Halis Karataş. On behalf of the Marmara Group Foundation, Dr. Akkan Suver, Ali Rıza Arslan, Yüksel Çengel, Engin Köklüçınar, Müjgan Suver, Sevinc Köklüçınar and Kenan Acıkök took part in the ceremony. After the race, horse owner Ümit Barlık received his cup from Dr. Akkan Suver. While horse trainer G. Kara received his price from Müjgan Suver, Sevinç Köklüçınar awarded Jockey Halis Karataş his gift. After the ceremony, winners and the executives of the Jockey Club took a collective family photo.
