Dr. Akkan Suver was awarded the Silk Road Award for his successful work in the field of civil society in 2020.

Dr. Akkan Suver, who could not attend the Silk Road Award Ceremony on 26 June 2021, due to his excuse. The Award to Dr. Akkan Suver was presented by Seyfullah Türksoy at the Marmara Group Foundation. Uzbekistan Istanbul Consul General Amirsaid Agzamhocayev was also present at the ceremony.
