As part of the 'One Belt, One Road' project, which symbolizes the modern Silk Road from China to Rome, a panel was organized in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, by the Slavyani Foundation. Atty. Serhat Tabanca, representing the Marmara Group Foundation, participated as a speaker. Atty. Serhat Tabanca was accompanied by Mahmut Saklı and Erol Altaş, members of our Foundation's Board of Directors, to represent our country. In his speech, Atty. Serhat Tabanca emphasized the importance of closely monitoring the Belt and Road project, which is closely related to trade in our region, and highlighted the importance of education and democracy in this process.

Together with Mahmut Saklı and Erol Altaş, Atty. Serhat Tabanca provided information about the activities of our Foundation and the 27th Eurasian Economic Summit, which will be held on February 21-22, to Zahari Zahariev, the President of the Slavyani Foundation, and the Chinese Ambassador to Sofia.
