Rector of Biruni University, Prof. Dr. Adnan Yüksel, organized an official reception in honor of Ozodbek Nazarbekov, Minister of Culture and Civilization of Uzbekistan, who came to Istanbul, in order to attend to the gala of the film of "Book of Biruni" turned in Uzbekistan, and written by one of our well-known philosophers, Prof. Dr. Bekir Karlığa.
