Oğuzhan Ceylan and Ege Yiğitel Graduate from the School

Oğuzhan Ceylan, a member of the Executive Board of the Marmara Group Foundation, and Ege Yiğitel, a member of the Board of Trustees of the Marmara Group Foundation, have successfully completed their training and received their diplomas after participating in the 14th School of Young Leaders of President Ivanov held in Ohrid, North Macedonia, organized by President Ivanov.

Following their training, Oğuzhan Ceylan, a member of the Executive Board of the Marmara Group Foundation, stated the following during an evaluation:

"This training program provided us with a unique network in the international arena, as well as the opportunity to learn from global leaders.

In this immersive education and networking experience, we expanded and enhanced our vision by drawing inspiration from prominent leaders such as the visionary President of North Macedonia, Gjorge Ivanov, the former Prime Minister of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Zlatko Lagumdjija, the highly esteemed former President Mladen Ivanic, the strategic leader of the World Bank, former Vice President Ismail Serageldin, and the prominent figures like Gordana Siljanovska-Davkova, who was a candidate for the presidency in North Macedonia's 2019 elections and is beloved by the people.

Under the leadership of President Ivanov, during a special panel organized in commemoration of the 100th anniversary of the Republic of Türkiye, we, along with other distinguished speakers, celebrated Türkiye's centenary with great enthusiasm. The panel included Mehmet Bayrak, the Director of TIKA Macedonia, Prof. Ali Fethi Okyar, the grandson of Ali Fethi Okyar, a close friend of Atatürk and a native of Macedonia, and a speech delivered on behalf of Dr. Akkan Suver, the visionary President of the Marmara Group Foundation, by myself.

After the intensive education, my dear friend Ege Yiğitel, a member of the Marmara Group Foundation Board of Trustees, and I proudly received our diplomas from President Gjorge Ivanov, which marked the seal of our leadership journey. In Skopje, we also had the opportunity to meet with Hasan Mehmet Sekizkök, the Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to Skopje, where we shared this unique experience and our foundation's mission with them.

This enriching 8-day experience not only provided us with the opportunity to get to know North Macedonia's history and culture better but also allowed us to broaden our vision for the future through the deep friendships and partnerships established on the international stage."
