Minister for European Union Affairs and Chief Negotiator Egemen Bağış, who attended Marmara Group Foundation Academic Council’s dinner as a guest speaker, told that activities of Marmara Group Foundation are making his job easier.

President of Marmara Group Foundation Dr. Akkan Suver and Members of Marmara Group Foundation also attended the dinner.

Minister Bağış, who started his speech after the dinner, gave information about European Union process.

Minister Bağış told that “We have problems about freedom of expression and liberty of conscience however today’s Turkey is much better then tomorrow’s Turkey. But there is a roadmap in order to make Turkey even better.”

Bağış remarked that in its last report OECD stated that Turkey is the strongest power in Europe.
