Dr. Akkan Suver visited Carol I National Defence University during his visit to Romania. Dr. Suver, who accepted by Commandant of the University General Teodor Frunzeti, presented his thanks to General Frunzeti for joining 16^th Eurasian Economic Summit. Dr. Suver.
