Marmara Group Foundation President Dr. Akkan Suver spoke at an online meeting titled "After the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Congress: China and the World" organized in cooperation with the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Türkiye and CRI TÜRK. At the zoom meeting about China and the World moderated by CRI TÜRK Editor-in-Chief Kamil Erdoğdu, in addition to the President of the Marmara Group Foundation Dr. Akkan Suver, Ambassador of the People's Republic of China to Ankara Liu Shaobin, Retired Ambassador Hakan Okçal, Journalist Mehmet Ali Güller, Academician Prof. Dr. Barış Doster also participated. Delivering the opening speech about the CCP Congress, Ambassador Liu Shaobin said that he was delighted to attend this panel. Liu Shaobin stated that the 20th National Convention was an important Congress in the political life of the CCP and the country. Shaobin stated that not only the Chinese people, but also the Turkish people and the whole world followed the Congress closely.

Ambassador Liu Shaobin said, "The Congress is a vital congress held at a critical point. It is a turning point. As a result of the congress, Xi Jinping will continue his duty. This shows the joint decision of our party and our people. The Congress has summarized the 10-year plan for the new age. Strategic plans to revive the Chinese nation have been announced. The theme of today's panel is very meaningful. In order to understand the 20th Congress, we need to grasp the period of 10 years since the 18th National Congress. We have experienced three changes in the last 10 years. The CCP's 100th anniversary has been celebrated, and the goal of getting out of poverty has been achieved. In this process, we have achieved the first century goal. Historical gains have been achieved in the last 10 years. Progress has been made toward building a modern socialist country.
