Cengiz Balkan, member of the Board of Trustees of Marmara Group Foundation and Mayor of Küçükkuyu, attended the Independence Day celebrations of the city of Bar in Montenegro.

Cengiz Balkan, who was invited by the Mayor of Bar, Dusan Raicevic, to attend the Independence Day celebrations in Bar, also had the opportunity to meet with state officials in Montenegro.
