A Respect Meeting was held at the Consulate General of France in Istanbul on the occasion of the former French President Jacques Chirac's passing to eternal rest. To the Respect Ceremony where the civilian and diplomatic mission chiefs in Istanbul were present, The Marmara Group Foundation participated to represent civil society. Vice President of Marmara Group Foundation Ali Rıza Arslan who signed the Memoir Book, stated that; "- We are not only lost Great Statesman but we have also lost a friend of Turkey."
