Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge is opened.

The third Bridge linking Europe and Asia on Istanbul Bosphorus Strait is opened by the President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

The opening ceremony was attended by the Presidents and Head of states of guest countries and the Marmara Group Foundation was represented by Dr. Akkan Suver, Mr. Şamil Ayrım, Mr. Cafer Okray, Mr.İsmail Safi and Mr. Ercüment Güvercin.
