General Assembly of the Marmara Group Foundation was held with high level of participation. During the General Assembly, under the Presidency of Hon. Ülkü Söylemezoğlu, and together with the Presidency Council directing by Prof. Dr. Yakut Irmak Özden, Leyla Tavşanoğlu, Lawyer Serhat Tabanca and Turan Sarıgülle, Dr. Akkan Suver mentioned about the Marmara Group Foundation’s activities that happened in 2014.

The Council decided Marmara Group Foundation to continue its functionning again in the 2015 with Dr. Akkan Suver as the General President, and  along with Dr. Fatih Saraçoğlu, Şamil Ayrım, Engin Köklüçınar, Yüksel Çengel, Lale Aytanç Nalbant, Cengiz Güldamlası, Cafer Okray ve Aykut Eken.
