Dr. Akkan Suver, President of the Marmara Group Foundation, received an 11-member jacademic delegation headed by Dr. Peng Jinhui, Vice President of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences j(CASS).

During the meeting, hosted by Dr. Akkan Suver, President of the Marmara Group Foundation, and Hon. Mr. Sezgin Bilgiç, Secretary General of the Foundation, discussions focused on the successful cooperation between Türkiye and China, the modernization processes of both countries, and developments in the business world.

The participants also exchanged views on the progress achieved within the framework of the Belt and Road Initiative, the development of economic relations, and the strengthening of cooperation between the two countries in various fields.

Among the key topics on the agenda were technological advancements and recent developments in artificial intelligence (AI) modeling. Potential joint projects and new opportunities for future cooperation in these fields were also evaluated.

The CASS delegation also included Hon. Prof. Ye Hailin, Hon. Prof. He Jun, Hon. Prof. Tang Zhichao,Hon. Prof. Guo Changgang, Hon. Prof. Wei Nanzhi, and Dr. Li Huiruo.

Following the visit, Dr. Akkan Suver stated: "This visit will contribute to strengthening mutual understanding and dialogue. It has provided new opportunities for further developing relations between Türkiye and China and creating new avenues for cooperation in the fields of scientific, technological, and intercultural dialogue."
