The Marmara Group Foundation paid a farewell visit to H.E. Reşat Memmedov, Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Ankara, whose term of office in Türkiye has come to an end.

A delegation from the Marmara Group Foundation, consisting of Dr. Akkan Suver, Vice President Cafer Okray, Executive Council Member Erol Altaş, and Mustafa Ergin, met with Ambassador Reşat Memmedov.

During the visit, Dr. Akkan Suver stated that Ambassador Reşat Memmedov had rendered successful and valuable services to the development of Türkiye-Azerbaijan relations throughout his tenure in Türkiye, emphasizing that his contributions would not be forgotten.

The members of the delegation also expressed their belief that Ambassador Reşat Memmedov would continue to make significant contributions to the Turkic world in his new post in Tashkent, and wished him every success in his new assignment.
