To mark its 40th anniversary and preserve the names of deceased members and volunteers, the Foundation announced awards in 16 categories to be presented at the 28th Eurasian Economic Summit.

Honourees include Emil Constantinescu, Prof. Dr. Aziz Sancar, Prof. Dr. Ioanna Kucuradi, Prof. Dr. Asaf Hadjiev, Prof. Dr. Ilber Ortayli, Yusuf Sag, Mustafa Gultepe, Yusuf Hikmet Kaya, Dr. Hong Tao-Tze, Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew, Hikmet Cetin, Mevlut Cavusoglu, Adem Ceylan, Prof. Dr. Mutlu Erbay, Sedat Ergin and the Turkish National Amputee Football Team.
