The Marmara Group Foundation mourns Halil Sivgin, who helped establish the Foundation and served as its President from 1985 to 1987.

Dr. Akkan Suver described him as a valued friend who made major contributions to the Foundation's formation and said he would always be remembered with affection.

He offered condolences to Prof. Dr. Hale Sivgin and the family.
