Foundation Board of Trustees Member Prof. Dr. Uğur Özgöker presented a paper at the Forum on the Strategic Importance of the Eastern Mediterranean in Cyprus.

He analysed the strategic importance of the TRNC and the Eastern Mediterranean through the historical perspective of regional conflicts and discussed Türkiye's and the TRNC's military, political and diplomatic strategies, as well as proposals for the rapid development of the TRNC and Famagusta.
