The 2nd National Civil Society Consultation Meeting, organized by the Directorate for EU Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, was held in Ankara. Müjgan Suver and Nimet Ulubay attended the meeting on behalf of the Marmara Group Foundation. 2nd National Civil Society Consultation Meeting started with the speech of Bülent Özcan, Director-General for Financial Cooperation and Project Implementation at Directorate for EU Affairs.

Özcan stated: “It is always important for us to come together and consult with non-governmental organizations. The views and ideas of our NGOs will shed light on our work in the new period of Instrument for Pre-accession Assistance (IPA). Today we will listen to your experiences, problems and opinions and we will evaluate together how the facilitator role of the public can be as well as new project ideas”.

At the meeting, the non-governmental organizations expressed their views on Project management.
