SOCAR Turkey's Building Was opened

The opening ceremony of SOCAR Turkey's new building, SOCAR Plaza, has been held in Istanbul. The office building located in Vadiistanbul, a major business center in the city, will allow the company to manage all of its business in the country from one center. In addition to Ambassador of Azerbaijan of Ankara, Hazar Ibrahim, Consul General of Istanbul, Mesim Hacıyev, Deputy Governor of Istanbul, Ismail Gültekin, District Governor of Istanbul, Gürsoy Osman Bilgin, Senior Advisor of The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Prof. Dr. Erman Tuncer, Chairman of the Board of Directors of SOCAR Turkey, Vagif Aliyev, Ceo of SOCAR Turkey, Zaur Gahramanov, Board Members, Süleyman Gasimov and Farrukh Gasimov, Secretary General of PABSEC, Prof. Dr. Asaf Hacıyev, President of the Marmara Group Foundation, Dr.Akkan Suver and Deputy President Engin Köklüçınar also took part in the ceremony. SOCAR President Rövnag Abdullayev emphasized that this building would be the center of ever-increasing economic and cultural cooperation between two brother countries and he said that the company's investments in Turkey increased every year, with total investments to reach $19.5 billion at the opening speech. Ambassador of Republic of Azerbaijan Hazar İbrahim talked about the efficient relationships between Turkey and Azerbaijan. The last speech of ceremony was held by Dr. Akkan Suver. Dr. Suver said the following about the opening ceremony: "This ceremony is an achievement of İlham Aliyev and his colleagues who follow the footsteps of Haydar Aliyev."
