THE CHAIRMAN OF THE 1001 INVENTIONS EXHIBITION
PROF. SALIM AL-HASSANI VISITS THE MARMARA FOUNDATION

        Prof. Salim T. S. Al-Hassani The Chairman of the Exhibition of 1001 Inventions: Discover the Muslim Heritage in Our World, paid a courtesy visit to the Marmara Foundation. Presenting information about the studies of the Foundation for Science, Technology and Civilisation which is centered in London and he holds the presidency of, Prof. Al-Hassani presented Dr. Suver “an elephant water clock” as gift. In his visit, Professor Al-Hassani laid emphasis on the exhibition as well.

        Pointing out that they actualised “the 1001 Inventions Projects” to prove how efficient they can be at stimulating the youth’s interests in science and technology, at instilling the confidence to them and at providing positive role models which the identities of muslims could imitate, Prof. Al-Hassani accepted a remembrance plaque of the Marmara Foundation from Dr. Akkan Suver.
