The Forty-Ninth General Assembly of Parliamentary Assembly of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (PABSEC) started in Istanbul on 4-6 July 2017, with the speech of Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. Ramazan CAN, Head of the PABSEC Turkish Delegation, read the message on behalf of Recep Tayyip ERDOĞAN, President of the Republic of Turkey.

The Marmara Group Foundation attended to the Istanbul Session, which was chaired by the Secretary General of PABSEC Prof. Dr. Asaf Hacıyev, in addition to the parliamentary delegations of Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bulgaria, Georgia, Greece, Moldova, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Turkey and Ukraine with a delegation consisting of Dr. Akkan Suver, Şamil Ayrım, Cafer Okray and Yunus Yiğit.
