Fatih Sultan Mehmet University with Young Azerbaijani Reformers Public Union organized a commemoration program for the 27^th anniversary of the Khojaly massacre. At the Commemoration Ceremony, Chairman of Grand National Assembly of Turkey-Azerbaijan Interparliamentary Friendship Group Şamil Ayrım, Deputy of Azerbaijan Nagif Hamzayev, President of Marmara Group Foundation Dr. Akkan Suver, Head of Political Science Department at Istinye University Dr. İsmail Safi, Head of Young Azerbaijani Reformers Public Union Ferit Şahbazlı, Journalist Ardan Zentürk and President of Azerbaijan Democracy and Human Rights Institute Dr. Ahmet Şahidov talked about the Khojaly Massacre by taking the floor separately. After the performance program which is staged by Azerbaijan State Artist Aybeniz Haşimova and her team about the occurrences of Khojaly, "Service Award to the Turkish World" Plaques were presented to Dr. Akkan Suver, Şamil Ayrım, Dr. İsmail Safi and Journalist Ardan Zentürk.
