Working women of the "Project To Develop The Social Scale Of Young Women By Beekeeping In Rural Area And Production Of Organic Honey" which is organized by the Marmara Foundation, has taken their problems one by one in the Forum held in Istanbul by the Marmara Foundation.
Herebelow are some problems and possible solutions indicated during the Forum :
PROBLEMS;
- Planned parenthood projects
can not reach women in rural areas.
- Patriarchal values, traditions
and wrong expressions about religion are being used to shape a
wrong opinion among women
- Share for education in the
National Budget is so low.
SOLUTIONS;
- Young people and women has to
become more active in social and economic life.
- Bureaucratic barriers against
entrepreneurship has to be removed.
- THE ONLY WAY TO REACH WOMEN
LIVING IN RURAL AREAS IS THROUGH ANOTHER WOMAN'S EFFORTS.
