Heydarov –
Minister of
Emergency
Situations of
the Republic of
Azerbaijan.
For the
politicians in
Azerbaijan to
make their first
foreign visit to
Turkey has been
a custom from
the Presidency
of Haydar
Aliyev. During
the dinner
Minister
Heydarov said
that; “In the
frame of this
unwritten code I
am here in
Turkey and happy
to be meet with
you all”.
Kemaleddin
Heydarov
underlined the
importance of
the cooperation
between Turkey
and Azerbaijan
for the usage of
the energy
resources for
the maximum
benefit of the
two countries.
Dr. Akkan Suver

slogan of the
Former President
Haydar Aliyev;
“We are two
states but one
nation” and
underlined the
importance the
mutual relations
with these
words; “In the
region any
policies or
activities
against to the
national profit
of Azerbaijan at
the same time is
against to
Turkey’s
national profits
as well. Because
we are two
states but one
region”
