THE MARMARA GROUP FOUNDATION IN ROMANIA FOR WORKING VISIT

The Marmara Group Foundation, invited by the Black Sea Project Center, has made an official visit to Bucharest on 3-4 April 2007 in order to improve the Turkish-Romanian civil society relations and contribute to the works of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization.



In Bucharest, the Marmara Group Foundation Delegation has met with the Minister of National Defence, Mr. Theodor Melescanu, Minister of Economy and Commerce, Mr. Varujan Vosganian, the Orthodox Patriarch of Romania, Teoctist, President of the Black Sea University Foundation, Mircea Malita and the Director of the Black Sea Project Center, Ambassador Mr. Constantin Girbea. The delegation also visited Turkish Martyrdom Monument in Bucharest and signed the memorial book.
