The General Assembly of the Marmara Group Foundation was held with a wide participation in the Malta Pavilion in Istanbul. Begining its studies with Ertuğrul Kumcuoğlu's presidency and the General Assembly consist of Professor Dr. Yakut Irmak Özden, Leyla Tavşanoğlu, Dr. Uğur Özgöker and Turan Sarıgülle, reading the annual report of the Marmara Group Foundation. Dr. Akkan Suver talked about 2018.

After the reading of the activity report, H. Gökhan Humbaraci read the Audit Report and Bülent Soylan read the Financial Report. Afterwards, activity and audit reports were released via separate voting. After the acceptance of new members Prof. Dr. Erman Tuncer, Cemal Bilgiç, Mehmet Gökhan Havuzlu, Sezgin Bilgiç, Mustafa Ergin, Göksel Bilgiç, Ümit Çoban, Rahmi Dilek and Baturhan Koçak, elections were held.

The new Executive Council of the Marmara Group Foundation consisted of Dr. Akkan Suver, Ali Riza Arslan, Cafer Okray, Engin Köklüçınar, Yüksel Çengel, Lale Aytanç Nalbant, M. Gökhan Havuzlu, Lawyer Serhat Tabanca and Sezgin Bilgiç. Alaaddin Koçak, Yüksel Önel and Gökhan Humbaracı were elected to the Supervisory Board.

Later on Dr. Akkan Suver who took the floor, while presenting their gifts in memory of 30 years to the members who have completed 30 years at the Marmara Group Foundation, has extended his thanks to the members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Trustees for their interest.
